60-min evaluation covering medical history, goals, range of motion, strength, movement patterns, and tissue restrictions. Plan of care set, treatment begins.
$275/ session
Treatment begins same session
Follow-up visit
60-min session per your plan of care. Includes hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
$200/ session
Billed at time of service
Payment is due at time of service. We accept FSA, HSA, and all major credit cards. Not sure yet? The free consultation is a no-commitment first step.
Using your insurance (out-of-network)

We collect payment directly — no waiting on insurance approval. You get your full, unhurried hour.

We give you a superbill
A detailed receipt with all billing codes your insurer needs — sent directly to you, not a billing department.

You submit to your insurer
Most insurers have an online portal. Upload your superbill, track status, and reimbursement comes directly to you.

Pro tip: check your OON benefits first
Call the number on the back of your card and ask about your out-of-network PT deductible and reimbursement rate. Many plans cover a meaningful portion after deductible.
