Treatment ethos
You were never meant
to heal alone.
At WildHer Physical Therapy, we believe recovery is not about bouncing back — it's about rising forward. You deserve care that meets you where you are.

Our philosophy
Patients stay at the center of their care.
We are a pelvic floor physical therapy practice based in Columbia, Maryland, built on the belief that comprehensive, patient-centered care changes lives. Every session is designed around you — your goals, your pace, your body's unique needs on that particular day.
We treat the whole person, not just the achy parts. Often one restriction links to another, connecting issues that have been going on for years. By taking the time to understand the full picture, we're able to help in ways that brief, impersonal healthcare encounters simply cannot.
A special focus
For mothers navigating postpartum life.
WildHer has a specialized interest and training in pelvic floor care and recovery, especially for mothers during the postpartum period. Your body has done something wild and powerful — and it deserves to be supported and honored during its recovery.
"I absolutely love my pregnant and postpartum population. What your body has accomplished is extraordinary."
Whether you're six weeks postpartum or six years, it's never too late to address what your body is holding. We meet you exactly where you are.
